Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Insured Pan-India Shipping & Free Delivery Threshold

We offer Free Insured Shipping across India on all orders of ₹2,499 and above. For orders below ₹2,499, a flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies across India via our logistics partner Shiprocket.

We partner with India's leading insured couriers (BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and Amazon Shipping) to ensure your one-of-one handcrafted piece reaches you safely.

Partial Cancellations: Each GEBA piece is handcrafted and packed individually, so partial order cancellations are accepted prior to dispatch. However, if cancelling an item reduces the remaining order value below the ₹2,499 threshold, the applicable courier delivery charge will be adjusted from the refund.

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Because each piece goes through a final studio quality check and protective dust-bag packaging before dispatch:

• Studio Dispatch: Within 2–4 business days of order confirmation.
• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: 4–7 business days after dispatch.

3. Live Order Tracking

As soon as your piece is handed over to our courier partner, your order status in My Account → Order History will update to Shipped along with the courier name, AWB tracking number, and a direct tracking link.
